1. Placing your order
   You can order custom lightboxes online, anytime, and pay using all major credit and debit cards or direct bank transfer. Both your payment and your personal details are secure, thanks to our SSL certified website and GDPR compliant data storage.It’s important to make sure your order is correct, so please double check everything before you commit, checking artwork, order details and product specifications carefully. Each order is created individually, and so we cannot offer returns or exchanges.The great news is that if you need any help whatsoever in creating your order, our team are on hand to help, with free expert advice, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.    Obviously, we can’t start your custom light box until we have received your payment and your artwork, so make sure you don’t slow down your own order by missing anything out!

2. Uploading your artwork
   Sending us your artwork is easy, no matter how big the files are. Email can’t always cope with big files, so we use the WeTransfer system. You’ll find the WeTransfer link on our website. When sending your artwork, please add your Innov8 order number to the file name, so we know which job it goes with.Using We Transfer means you can send us the highest resolution artwork that you have. This will ensure that it looks as sharp as possible when we scale it up on your custom light box, with no blurring or pixilation.If you’re not sure what to send or how to send it, you could ask the design studio who originally created your logos and graphics for you, or you can always talk to the Innov8 team if you need any help or advice.
3. Printing your custom light box
   If you’ve completed steps one and two right, then you can confidently leave this bit to us. We’ll use the very latest printing technology to create seamless custom lightboxes with crisp graphics and vibrant colours that are guaranteed to grab the attention.We can print even the biggest custom light box designs, with a single, seamless cover up to 6m wide and 3m tall. But don’t worry, we have an award-winning packing process that fits even the biggest custom lightboxes into a versatile, manageable space, making delivery easy for us and making transport easy for you.
4. Delivery and display
   You’ll receive your custom light box in 2 to 15 days, depending on the product and how complicated it is to create. We’ll always let you know how long delivery will take on different options before you place your order, that way you can make sure you choose a custom light box design that will arrive on time.
