Innov8 Displays LTD - DELIVERY POLICY

1. Introduction
1.1. This Delivery Policy outlines the procedures, terms, and conditions related to the delivery of Goods purchased from Innov8 Displays LTD ("Company", "We", "Us").
1.2. This policy should be read in conjunction with our full Terms of Sale. Where discrepancies exist, the Terms of Sale shall prevail.
1.3. Our aim is to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and in a timely manner.

2. Delivery Areas
2.1. We primarily deliver to mainland UK addresses.
2.2. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and international destinations may be possible but will likely incur additional charges and extended delivery timescales. Please contact us directly at info@innov8displays.com or 01733 306308 for a specific quotation before placing your order if delivery is required to these areas.

3. Delivery Methods
3.1. We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. This may include:
* Reputable national couriers (for smaller parcels/items).
* Pallet networks (for larger, heavier, or bulk orders).
* Dedicated transport (for very large, fragile, or high-value consignments).
3.2. The specific delivery method used will be determined by us based on the nature of the order and logistical requirements.

4. Delivery Charges
4.1. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order.
4.2. Delivery costs are generally excluded from the quoted price of Goods and will be itemised separately on your quotation and/or Order Confirmation, as per Clause 3.3 of our Terms of Sale.
4.3. Additional charges may apply for specific requirements such as timed deliveries (if available), Saturday deliveries (if offered), failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, or deliveries to non-mainland UK/remote locations. Any such charges will be communicated where possible.

5. Delivery Timescales
5.1. Any delivery dates or times provided (on our website, in quotations, or Order Confirmations) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract, as stated in Clause 4.2 of our Terms of Sale.
5.2. Estimated lead times typically commence from the date of the Order Confirmation and receipt of cleared payment and/or approved artwork/final specifications (whichever is later).
5.3. Production time for bespoke or printed Goods will impact the overall delivery timeframe. This will be advised during the quotation/ordering process.
5.4. Standard delivery for in-stock items is generally aimed for within 2-5 working days after dispatch to mainland UK addresses, but this can vary. Pallet deliveries or deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
5.5. We will endeavour to inform you if we anticipate a significant delay in the dispatch or delivery of your order. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, Force Majeure events – see Terms of Sale Clause 10).

6. Receiving Your Order
6.1. Customer Responsibility: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete, and that suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle (considering the potential size/weight of the Goods). Please inform us of any potential access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, stairs, parking limitations) when placing your order.
6.2. Presence Required: Deliveries typically occur during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm). Someone must be available at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods.
6.3. Inspection upon Delivery: Crucially, you MUST inspect the Goods for any visible signs of damage or shortages BEFORE signing the delivery note.
* If damage is apparent to the packaging or Goods, please note this clearly on the delivery driver's documentation/handheld device (e.g., "Package Damaged," "Goods Damaged").
* If you are unable to inspect the Goods thoroughly upon arrival, please sign as "UNCHECKED". Signing without notation may imply the goods were received in good condition.
6.4. Reporting Issues: Any claims for damage in transit, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Innov8 Displays LTD in writing (email to info@innov8displays.com is preferred) within 48 hours of receipt, as per Clause 4.4 of our Terms of Sale. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of any damage or issues. Failure to report within this timeframe may invalidate your claim.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
7.1. If our courier/delivery partner is unable to deliver your order because no one is present to receive it, or access is denied, they will typically leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the items.
7.2. Failed delivery attempts may result in the Goods being returned to us. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery attempts and any associated costs incurred due to failed deliveries attributable to the Customer.

8. Risk and Title
8.1. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to the Customer upon completion of delivery at the specified Delivery Location (Clause 4.3, Terms of Sale).
8.2. Title (ownership) of the Goods only passes to the Customer once full payment has been received by the Company (Clause 5.1, Terms of Sale).

9. Large, Heavy, or Fragile Items
9.1. Larger display items or palletised goods may be delivered kerbside only. The delivery driver may not be able to assist with moving the goods inside your premises. Please ensure you have made arrangements to safely move the Goods from the delivery point.
9.2. Please handle Goods carefully upon receipt, following any specific handling instructions provided.

10. Collection
10.1. Collection of orders from our premises may be possible by prior arrangement only. Please contact us on 01733 306308 or info@innov8displays.com to discuss if this option is suitable for your order and to schedule a collection time if agreed. Proof of purchase and identification may be required upon collection.
